Segmented Reflective Tape is designed for better flexibility of Safety Vest. The tape is segmented and it allows the wearer’s body more comfort and breathability. Reflective heat seal tape is a trend in 2019&2020 clothing decoration. The reflective heat transfer vinyl is cut into a small tape. Roll width ranges from 1cm to 137cm and length is 50m. It is ready to press. You don’t need to cut the big rolls into a small tape.
This home wash transfer film is 50mm wide and comprised of reflective patterned segments on a plastic liner. Its design helps improve moisture vapor transmission and helps keep workers drier and cooler in certain situations.
It is ideal as a continuous laminated trim that is designed for use on safety garments requiring breathability. Ideal for light to heavyweight fabrics, such as knit T-shirts, sweatshirts, outerwear. This product comes with a liner and can be laminated directly to compatible substrates.
This reflective tape is especially useful when applied to soft-shell kinds of jackets or pants. As soft-shell fabric stretching, KW-6100 iron-on reflective tape is easily stretching along with the fabric. The tape can be applied by Heat Transfer to EN 20471 vests, jackets, pants and increases the visibility of workers.
KWVINYL recommends washing KW-6100 in mild conditions. The tape has been tested for 25 cycles of domestic washes at 60 oC.

Heat transfer segmented reflective tape is easy to install on a heat press and has many uses, such as various colors, mediums, and high brightness. It can be combined with many other materials.
KWVINYL Heat Transfer (Heat Seal) Reflective Tape – Available as Comfort Trim and Silver Gray, all of which reflect a bright white color and are ANSI certified. All of these reflective tapes are used on t-shirts, overalls, jackets, running, and cycling apparel.
KW-AH2000 Comfort Trim has diagonal reflective sections (angled left or right) with blue removable bushings. Both offer excellent reflectivity and breathability.

They can be machine washed at home at temperatures up to 140°F and lower dryer settings, but it is recommended that they are washed at a warm (105°F) temperature and air-dried to best maintain reflectivity.
