Glow In The Dark Holographic Heat Transfer Vinyl is made from soft PU material and long afterglow photoluminescent powder. On the top, it contains a PET release film, at the below of PET film, it contains a holographic iridescent film, at the bottom, it contains hot melt glue. It is non-toxic and non-harm, doesn’t contain any radioactive elements, absorbs light quickly, has long afterglow, and good effect of warning.
