Product Description of PU Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl
PU heat transfer vinyl is an environment-friendly material and it is suitable for soft and smooth plotting compared with other PVC products.
The environmentally friendly material PU heat transfer vinyl has a variety of varieties and is bright and clear in color. It has no discomfort in contact with the skin and no harm to the skin. It is as soft and smooth as silk. And crease the richness and variability of the substrate, and not limited to the color of the fabric as long as the fabric material can be transferred.
PU heat transfer vinyl has a layer of PET film adhesive to protect the transfer film and facilitate heat transfer onto the garment. It can be cut with a laser machine or engraved by a manual cutter and the finished pattern is then heat transferred onto the garment via a heat press to print numbers, icons, design logos, etc.
Features include strong adhesion, long life, water resistance, and high tensile strength. Specially designed clothing fabrics for sports T-shirts etc.
The Hotmelt side of PU is whitish so it could block out the color migration from the garments and it also helps the users to see the cutting line easily while working on the flex.

Home Iron: Please Heat the iron on a medium setting (302°F– 320°F); Press each section of the design with medium/firm pressure for 10-15 seconds; Heat Press: Preheat the garment for 2-3 seconds; Apply the design at 305℉; Use medium pressure for 10-15 seconds; Note: Preheat the garment for 2-3 seconds and make sure that there are no wrinkles on the garment.
