PVC heat transfer vinyl is known as Polyvinyl Chloride HTV, there are two types of PVC heat transfer vinyl, one is made of environmentally friendly heat-set ink PVC material, coated with precision, with a soft feel, high coverage, with a matte effect, the transfer temperature to 170-185 ℃, the transfer time is 10-15s, mainly used in cotton clothing fabrics.
The other PVC heat transfer vinyl is made of environmentally friendly poly-chlorine (PVC) plus polyurethane (TPU) material compound, with a fuller feel, stretch resistance, high coverage, matte surface effect, heat transfer temperature 150-160°C, 10-15s transfer time, suitable for textile fabrics such as garments and bags.
