Product Description Of High Intensity Prismatic Reflective Sheeting

HIP High Intensity Prismatic Reflective Sheeting KW-XS9000 Series are highly reflective, weatherproof, self-adhesive films with excellent corrosion and solvent resistance. High Intensity Prismatic Sheeting Series KW-3180 is a non-metalized microprismatic lens reflective sheeting for the production of reflective work zone signs.

High Intensity Prismatic Reflective Sheeting is a Class 1 high intensity non-metallized microprismatic lens reflective sheeting. Retains reflectivity even when wet, designed for durable reflective traffic control, work zone, and delineator signage.

When properly applied, HIP Reflective Sheeting serves as a long-term solution and can be printed with black latex ink, or screen printed for a variety of different applications. Not only is high-intensity prismatic sheeting bright and durable, but it’s also better for the environment. The manufacturing process for prismatic sheeting reduces VOC emissions by 97 percent and energy consumption by 72 percent compared to glass bead-type sheeting.

High Intensity Prismatic Reflective Sheeting provides long-term reflectivity and durability, with an improved optical package to increase nighttime safety. Its unique prismatic construction provides a high level of retroreflectivity for multiple traffic control situations. Non-metalized microprismatic lens reflective sheeting is designed for the production of traffic control signs, work zone devices, and delineators.

HIP High Intensity Prismatic Reflective Sheeting Vinyl meets or exceeds the requirements of Australian and New Zealand standards 1906.1, and Meets the US ASTM D 4956 Spec Type III and IV. It is recommended for all non-fluorescent boxed edge roadwork signage as it is guaranteed to perform in all weather conditions and at any orientation. High Intensity Prismatic Reflective Sheeting is backed by a warranty of up to 7 years for both color and brightness performance.

High Intensity Prismatic Reflective Vinyl Tape

It is based on High Intensity Prismatic Reflective Sheeting Film (Acrylic/ PC), coated with Permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. The feature is including high-pressure water resistance, gas, and diesel oil resistance; flexible performance, easy operation; uniquely designed back glue with the characteristic of strong intention; low-temperature resistance; no harm to paint surface, and can be stuck repeatedly; superior reflection performance, good wide-angle performance, and weather durability performance.

Reflective Sheeting Application

Minimum Application Temperature: The minimum temperature for applying reflective sheeting to a polyethylene device is 60° F (16° C).

Device and Sheeting Temperature: The plastic device and reflective sheeting should be placed in the manufacturing environment and allowed to reach application room temperature at least four hours prior to application.

Cleaning Substrate: The device surface must be clean and free of dust, dirt, or other foreign objects. Cleaning with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or 70% rubbing alcohol is recommended.

The tape is mainly used for truck, trailer, RV, karting, farm equipment, tractor, cator, golf, car, moped, bicycle, yard cart, children vehicle toys, snow machine, motorcycles trailer, and so on. It is also used to mark driveway entrances, mailboxes, building corners.
